so after you threaten your customers with violence you then want to position yourself as caring about their privacy?

the level of privacy and encryption you implement is to protect you and not the customer
so you and your company have less legal liability

which is smart

however, then to turn around and act like you 'care' and wish me 'good luck' after you threaten me with violence/assualt/harm of any kind says it all

so you are correct, i do not understand you, your company, your billing practices nor do i understand your ethics all except that they suggest you are not qualified to run an email service , that you are not professional and are not to be trusted

i filed the dispute with my credit card company got that in the mail and i'm gonna spend the next few hours writing reviews up online about your company, i'm gonna let your words speak for you, that's about as 'honest' as it can get

the only time you took any action to reply to any correspondence from me as your customer was when i asked for my account to be closed and a refund

and even at that point you decided to remind me i'm 'stupid' and you threatened me with 
violence

doesn't sound like someone that cares does it?

so what is the good part i'm missing?

below is a copy of the email for my dispute towards the charge of 29.00 on
08/01/2019 00:24:15 	INTERGRID AB,+46707420096, 	CASH PURCHASE 	$29.00 
the company never replied to any requests for service i've filed complaints online via
egov as the email clearly illustrates they are about as unethical as it gets only when 
i requested my account to be closed did they send any correspondence

i'm gonna start leaving reviews about your service and company online asap.
this email will be copied in full and posted online at many locations.
second, you did not ask for the 'order number' you asked when i last paid
my bill which is not 'collecting information' that is simple billing information
which you HAVE to know in order to enable or disable any accounts that go
unpaid. so the simple fact you are too lazy to reference my original countermail
address to my billing record shows of itself you don't know how to run a company.
anyone providing any sort of service online and billing has to be able to identify
reference, manage, report and so forth for their tax purposes or simple accounting.
you are handling credit cards, banking, that's how it works in the real world.
the other fact is you basically just threatened me. stating 'we have connections all over the world'.
not only is that illegal, unethical and places your company in legal jeopardy in your country
it demonstrates to anyone in law enforcement or a possible future customer that you are not 
professional and should not be handling anyone else's email and credit card information.
second, what sort of 'lie' would an email customer from any company online state?
meaning, either someone likes or dislikes the interface or the company/product good or service.
third, i don't need your permission or guidance on how to post a review nor does anyone else whether
they are a customer of yours of not. it's not your place nor do you have any authority to frame any sort
of 'review' online. you can't even handle your own billing. not sure what you would want to 'defend' there.
i think that right there speaks for itself.
to back up my dispute i'll mail a copy of this email to my credit card company tonight and will post my information
and photographs of it up online. the fact you just 'threatened' me for asking for a refund to my credit card will 
be of interest to my bank. if you were doing your job, replying to your customer's requests, you would not be in this
