1. Featured Artwork Showcase
You can make your profile look nice with a artwork showcase. There are 2 ways to do this, you can pay someone on fiverr/anywhere really to make you
a good looking showcase on your profile or you can make it yourself.
Free Method:
Visit https://steam.design
Go to your steam inventory, find the background you're using and click on view full size. In the top address bar copy the url and paste it into the "Paste a Background URL Here" textbox on the left of the website.
Once you've done that click "Download ZIP" in the top left corner and download the file. Extract the middle version in the zip file anywhere but make sure to remember where you extracted it.
Next, go to https://giphy.com, click create and in the GIF section click choose file and find the file you extracted.
Upload it and edit it however you want. Next, go to https://ezgif.com and click on resizer in the top bar.
Upload your image and in the "If the aspect ratio does not match:" drop down select "Force original aspect ratio".
Change the width to 630 and resize the image and download it.
For this next part you have to login to steam on your browser, it will not work in the steam app.
Go to your profile and click on Artwork.
Upload your artwork by clicking "Upload Artwork" > "Not game specific", give it a name and then upload the Artwork.
Once that's done you have to click the check box at bottom that you agree you're the author of the artwork, then right click and open Inspect Element.
Go in the console and paste this inside:
document.getElementsByName("image_width")[0].value = 999999;document.getElementsByName("image_height")[0].value = 1;
If you don't do this the Artwork will not be uploaded, then just click Upload Artwork.
Go back to your profile and click "Edit Profile " > "Featured Showcase" > "Featured Artwork Showcase" and click on the black bar, and then save.

2. Steam Points Shop
Every time you buy a game you'll get some amount of points. The more the game costs the more Steam Points you get.
If you don't want to buy a lot of games, you can buy 10,000 Steam Points for 1 TF Key (Around 2.5 USD).

It takes around 14 days for the awards to turn into points so you are going to have to wait a little bit.
Then you can buy Animated Backgrounds, Animated Avatars, Animated Avatar Frames... in the Points Shop.
This will make your profile look way better.

3. High Steam Levels
You can buy Steam Levels for pretty cheap, I've used steamlevels.com but I'm pretty sure some bots on steam are cheaper.
Having a high steam level allows you to get more showcases on your profile, every level you can add 5 more friends, and there's a increased chance for a Booster Pack (+ 20% chance for every 10 levels)
